Smuggler Cache 05 Location & Route
Smuggler Cache 05 is tucked away in a dark cave on a raised plateau in the northwest Mirage. You can’t just walk straight to it, you’ll need to boost your speeder up a natural ramp and then break through a mossy wall.
Follow these steps:
- Head to The Mirage on Toshara, then ride toward the northwest edge of the region, into the mountains west of Kadùa Village.
- Look for a natural dirt or rock ramp that clearly lines up with a small rocky plateau above you. This ramp is your launch point.
- Hop on your speeder and use Boost to shoot up the ramp and land on the plateau. Without Boost, you won’t get enough speed or distance.
- Once you’re on the plateau, head into the short, dark cave entrance.
- Inside, you’ll come to a moss-covered rock wall blocking the way forward.
- Swap to your blaster’s Power/Bolt mod and destroy the mossy wall to open up the back of the cave.
- Move into the newly opened section, the Smuggler Cache 05 crate is sitting at the end. Interact with it to loot the contents.
If you’re running with Jet Kordo’s Holotracker, its ping will speed up as you approach the correct plateau in the northwest Mirage, which helps confirm you’re in the right area.
Reward: Materials and Valuables
Smuggler Cache 05 rewards you with a mix of materials and valuables instead of one specific named item.
- Materials can feed into blaster, speeder, or gear upgrades, depending on which upgrades you’re currently chasing.
- Valuables can be sold for extra credits, giving you more money to spend on vendors, mods, and syndicate gear.
Once you’ve unlocked Boost and the Power/Bolt mod, this cache becomes a quick, efficient run: one ramp jump, one blasted wall, and you walk out with easy upgrade fodder and cash.
