Smuggler Cache 45 Location & Route
Smuggler Cache 45 sits behind a barred gate at the very north end of Mos Eisley, in the Sandstone Quarter. You simply walk straight north from the landing pad and cut through the metal fence to reach it.
Follow these steps:
- Land in Mos Eisley on Tatooine and step out into the main street from the landing pad.
- From the landing pad, head straight north through the city streets, following the main path into the Sandstone Quarter. Keep going until you reach the northernmost dead end of the district.
- At the end of this street, you’ll see metal bars/gate blocking off a small off-map-looking area.
- Equip the Fusioncutter and use it on the gate to cut through the metal fence and open the way forward. (If you don’t have the Fusioncutter yet, progress the Legacy main quest until you receive it.)
- Step through the opened gate into the small fenced-off area behind it.
- The Smuggler Cache 45 crate is half-buried on the ground inside this small space. Walk up and interact with it to open Smuggler Cache 45 and collect your loot.
If you have Jet Kordo’s Holotracker active, it’ll start pinging faster as you move north through Sandstone Quarter and go wild once you’re standing at the barred gate.
Reward: Materials and Valuables
Smuggler Cache 45 gives you a bundle of materials and valuables, not a single unique item:
- Upgrade materials you can feed into blaster, speeder, or gear upgrades.
- Valuables/credits you can sell to vendors for extra money.
Once you’ve unlocked the Fusioncutter, this one is extremely quick: just walk north from the Mos Eisley landing pad to the dead-end gate, cut it open, and grab some easy upgrade fodder and cash.
