Smuggler Cache 47 Location & Route
Smuggler Cache 47 is a simple buried chest on a ledge, but the description in the Intel can be a bit misleading. The easiest way to find it is to start from Daroona House and use the two white poles and the nearby rock as your key landmarks.
Follow these steps:
- Travel to the South Jundland Wastes on Tatooine and ride to Daroona House in the western part of the region.
- From the Daroona House buildings, head west toward the open desert and cliffs. You should quickly spot a speeder road leading toward the edge of the map.
- Follow this road west until you see two white poles ahead of you that mark a small jump near the cliff. This is your main visual marker.
- Before you actually hit the jump, turn left (south) and start circling around the large rock formation that’s on your left side as you approach the poles.
- Ride around the right-hand side of that big rock, keeping the cliff edge in view. There’s a narrow strip of ground that loops along the border of the North Jundland Wastes and the cliff.
- As you curve around the rock and hug the cliff, look down at the sand: the Smuggler Cache 47 crate is half-buried near the cliff edge, tucked behind the rock outcrop.
- Dismount and interact with the crate to open Smuggler Cache 47 and automatically complete the Drop-Off Point Intel objective.
If you’re using Jet Kordo’s Holotracker, it will start beeping faster once you leave Daroona House heading west, and will go almost constant as you pass the white poles and swing around the big rock toward the cliff.
Reward: Credits and Upgrade Materials
Smuggler Cache 47 rewards a mix of credits and crafting materials, rather than a unique named item:
- Upgrade materials you can put toward blaster, speeder, or gear upgrades.
- Valuables/credits you can sell at vendors for extra money.
Once you know to ride west from Daroona House, use the two white poles as your marker, then turn left around the big rock toward the cliff, this cache becomes a very quick grab for easy credits and upgrade fodder.
