Smuggler Cache 70 Location & Route
Smuggler Cache 70 sits on a narrow lower ledge of the Witch’s Fingers cliff, above Lake Amari. You’ll approach a small camp on the cliff, climb and grapple your way up, then drop down to a side platform where the cache is buried.
Follow these steps:
- Reach Witch’s Fingers on Lake Amari. Go to The Great Basin on Akiva and aim for the eastern shoreline of Lake Amari. From the Mount Selasa fast travel point, ride southwest toward the lake until you reach the tall, finger-like cliff formation known as Witch’s Fingers, with a small camp nearby.
- Start from the small camp. At the top of the cliff path you’ll find a small camp area (bedrolls/crates) near the edge overlooking Lake Amari. Stand at the camp facing out toward the lake, then look to the right-hand side of the camp for the climb route.
- Grapple up to the upper ledge. Move to the right of the camp and look up for a grapple point (branch or rock anchor) above a slightly higher ledge. Use your grapple to pull yourself up and mantle onto this upper platform.
- Follow the short trail. From the upper ledge, follow the narrow trail that winds forward along the cliff. At the end of this short trail, look to your left for a climbable rock wall segment.
- Climb and drop to the lower ledge. Climb the rock wall to the top. At the end of the climb, edge forward and look down to spot a lower ledge below you, tucked against the cliff. Drop down carefully onto this lower ledge (don’t jump too far out; just step/drop straight down).
- Loot the cache. On this lower ledge, near the cliff face, you’ll find the Smuggler Cache 70 crate half-buried in the ground. Interact with it to open Smuggler Cache 70 and grab your loot.
If you’re using Jet Kordo’s Holotracker, it’ll start beeping faster as you approach Witch’s Fingers from Mount Selasa, go rapid near the camp, and go almost constant once you climb and drop onto the lower ledge.

Smuggler Cache 70 rewards a bundle of materials and valuables, not a single unique named item:
- Upgrade materials you can use for blaster, speeder, or gear upgrades
- Valuables/credits you can sell to vendors for extra money
Once you know to start at the Witch’s Fingers camp, grapple up, climb the wall, and drop to the side ledge, this becomes a quick, scenic grab for easy upgrade fodder and cash above Lake Amari.
